The bear was really easy to both draw and paint. I used my Dixie Belle Paints for the entire painting. There is no need to seal the paint...it will fully cure within 30 days and needs no topcoat! I then traced the stars onto the wall and filled them in with paint. The dresser was actually painted by the momma....not me!

Two coats of Dixie Belle Paint in Fluff (my favorite white ever) was applied as the visible base coat We used Rustoleum Spray paint in black, white, metallic gold and metallic silver. This is not always necessary....but with years of latex paint layers, it was just time! After TONS of sanding and TONS of dust......poor guy.....he was ready to paint. He painted the cabinets in Fluff (yes....to match the new epoxy pour countertops)....in two solid coats

So I decided to give it a good prime coat with BOSS by Dixie Belle Paint.....as I had no idea how many So before I poured several hours into painting.....I primed! I lay it out...trace around it...and fill it in with paint. I painted around my pattern on the lid in Tea Rose. You know.....the old fashioned way of tracing....and then filling in with paint! Be resourceful!!!

Especially one painted in the trendy Chip and JoAnna black/white modern farmhouse fashion! Back to this cute little horse stable...I painted it in Dixie Belle's Fluff (white). With the original wood being so light in color....it only required a single coat of paint. I then used a small artist brush and painted the trim on the barn in Caviar (black). You can transform anything with just paint and a few accessories!
